Vote for our future website template!

2. MMO-Star - Preview

3. World of Warcraft - Preview

As any person having ever seen this website realizes, its design needs to be worked hard time. Don't worry though, we have heard your cries of pain and anger - change is on the way. After long thoughts, our crew decided it wouldn't be worth the money for a 75$ customization by a professional, but we didn't want to make one ourselves neither, since we all know how it always ends up - like this.
So, we decided to get a free blogger template. However, it's not because they are free that it would be any easier; we had to scour through the endless hordes of incredibly bad quality templates, until we ended up with two pretty good ones.
We still have one little problem; we cannot decide which one to take. Since we are doing this all for YOU, our readers, so we thought that  YOU should also decide which template we will use.

ATTENTION!!! We certainly appreciate your votes, but the ultimate decision over the two templates remain our's.

Enchanting Guide 1-450 - Profession Guides (3.3.5)

Introduction
This guide will tell you the cheapest/easiest/fastest way to train your Enchanting profession from 1 to 450 on Molten-WoW or other 3.3.5 WoW servers (retail and private).

Table of Content:
  1. Tips
  2. Material shopping
  3. Guide

Tips:
- I strongly advise to take Tailoring as a second profession to go with Enchanting. This is due to them both being quite independent from other professions and the fact that they complement each other (Tailored items can be disenchanted)
- If you are a Blood Elf, remember that you get +5 to Enchanting. This means that you can keep on doing one specific recipe for longer than what I suggest.

Material shopping:
Unfortunately, I will not include the "Material shopping" part to this guide, since the amount of materials needed for each different person could vary a lot.  I *might*  add this later in new updates.

Guide:

==//== First off, you will have to visit an Enchanting Trainer in order to become an Apprentice ==//==

NOTE: The amounts of materials are correct, but only for 1x-rate servers (Lordaeron for Molten-WoW for example)

    Sinister Squashling - Non-Combat Pet Reviews: 3/5

This "Non-Combat Pet Review" is made for Molten-WoW,
but supports all 3.3.5 WoW servers (private).

    Information:
On retail (Blizzard servers/realms), it is only obtainable during the Hallow's End seasonal event as a drop from the Headless Horseman or with a [Treat Bag] or a [Crudely Wrapped Gift].

ON MOLTEN-WOW, it is available in the Points Shop for 5 vote points.
NOTE: It CAN be obtained the "normal way" as well.

    Looks:
Sinister Squashling does certainly not look bad, but doesn't go so well with most other than Halloween decorated  environments (?+ Undercity?) and outfits. Its dance looks quite great, though (see video below).

    Captured Flame - Non-Combat Pet Reviews: 3,5/5

This "Non-Combat Pet Review" is made for Molten-WoW,
but supports all 3.3.5 WoW servers (private).

    Information:
On retail (Blizzard servers/realms) it is only obtainable during the Midsummer Fire Festival seasonal event from the event seller. It's price is 350x [Burning Blossom]s.

ON MOLTEN-WOW, it is ALSO available in the Points Shop for 1 vote point.
NOTE: It can still be obtained the "normal way".

    Looks:
Captured Flame is loved by some, but disliked by others. It depends on YOU, your in-game character, and your taste wether or not you will like it. For some; it is simply too small. Because a screenshot is not enough to describe it, here below is a video.

Must Have AddOns For WoW (3.3.5)

Having AddOns (http://www.wowwiki.com/AddOn) in World of Warcraft (Molten-WoW in my case) can change your gaming experience drastically! That is why I made this "Must Have AddOns For WoW (3.3.5)".

Just scroll down, and click on the name(s) (link) of each addon, and it will automatically start downloading for you.
If you need assistance with installing the addon, check out our guide on that matter here.

In my opinion, the following addons are the best ones you can find, and definitive "must haves" for the WoW 3.3.5 client. If you want to check out my "addon lists" (UI-addons, Raid addons, leveling addons, class specific addons, go here).

    FULL LIST OF ADDONS

Addon Control Panel - Let's you manage your addons in-game without needing to re-log.

Altoholic - The "all in one" alt (char) management addon.

Atlas - Provides detailed maps for every instance (including battlegrounds) in the game -> boss locations.

AtlasLoot Enhanced - Provides you with loot drops for all instances in the game.

Auctioneer - Auctioneer provides you with the tools and data necessary to make those difficult auctioning decisions with ease.

AutoRepair - Automatically repairs all of your gear (both equipped and un-equipped) when you go talk to an npc with the power to do it.

Crap Away - Automatically sells all of your "grey items" when you go talk to a seller.

Gatherer - Gatherer is an addon for herbalists, miners and treasure hunters in World of Warcraft. It's main purpose is to track the closest plants, deposits and treasure locations on your minimap.

GearscoreLite - A lightweight addon that displays your (and your targets') gearscore.

GTFO - A nice addon for those that accidentally sit down in fire (in other words, it warns you with a sound effect, whenever you are going to lose health due to being in the area of effect of an AoE spell/ability/other)

Overachiever - Tools and tweaks to make the lives of players seeking Achievements a little bit easier.

Postal - An enhanced in-game mailbox support.

Zoom!!! - Zoom!!! makes your UI load faster.

    Chat enhancements:
ChatMOD - A universal chat enhancement for WoW.
WIM - A World of Warcraft "Instant Messenger".

    ...TO BE CONTINUED

    4. Client-->The software itself
    5. Patch-->Like an update

So, you want to play WoW (World of Warcraft), the most popular MMORPG ever, but can't afford, or don't want to pay it's outrageous monthly fees. Then you came to the right place! This post will give you step by step information on how to play WoW for free!

    Get The Client

For playing World of Warcraft for free, you will need the client (the actual application). This is achievable by using (a) friend's/own disc(s), or by downloading it from the internet (this is completely legal, since Blizzard gives away their client for free at their official website). For downloading it from internet, go here for Windows computers, and here for Macs OR here for both LEGALLY (it is the "trial", but is actually the full client) . Unfortunately, there is no client for Linux. However, it is possible to play WoW (Molten-WoW) even on a Linux computer. For a guide on how to, go here: http://wiki.molten-wow.com/wiki/Connect_with_GNU/Linux

You Got The Client, Now What?

Now that you have downloaded/installed the client, DON'T patch it to it's latest patch (except if you want to play on a private server that supports the same patch as retail, Blizzard servers, do)! This also means that you CAN NOT use the World of Warcraft Launcher, but you have to use worldofwarcraft.exe for Windows and Word of Warcraft (.app). For finding the worldofwarcraft.exe on Windows --> , and the World of Warcraft (.app) for mac --> .

ATTENTION!!! IF YOU ARE TO PLAY ON A PRIVATE SERVER THAT SUPPORTS THE SAME PATCH AS RETAIL (BLIZZARD SERVERS) DO, YOU ARE FREE TO "AUTOPATCH" (use Launcher) YOUR CLIENT!

For patching you client without the risk of "over patching" it, you can simply download a patch that will patch your client until that certain patch. However, you will need to download/install the patches in the following order:

    Mac:

    3.2.0
Macgamefiles.com: World of Warcraft (Universal Patch)
    The Patches Scrolls - Patches

    3.2.0a
    Macgamefiles.com: World of Warcraft
    The Patches Scrolls - Patches

    3.2.2
    Macgamefiles.com: World of Warcraft
    The Patches Scrolls - Patches

    3.2.2a
    Macgamefiles.com: World of Warcraft
    The Patches Scrolls - Patches

    3.3.0
    Macgamefiles.com: World of Warcraft
    The Patches Scrolls - Patches

    3.3.0a
    Macgamefiles.com: World of Warcraft
    The Patches Scrolls - Patches

    3.3.2
    Macgamefiles.com: World of Warcraft
    The Patches Scrolls - Patches

    3.3.3
    Macgamefiles.com: World of Warcraft
    The Patches Scrolls - Patches

    3.3.3a
    Macgamefiles.com: World of Warcraft
    The Patches Scrolls - Patches

    3.3.5
    2shared - download WoW-3.3.3.11723-to-3.3.5.12213-enUS-patch.app
The Patches Scrolls - Patches (See notes if broken)

    3.3.5a
    2shared - download WoW-3.3.5.12213-to-3.3.5.12340-enUS-patch.app
The Patches Scrolls - Patches (See notes if broken)

For example; There's a private server that supports WoW client 3.3.5(a) only (such as Molten-WoW), so download and install all the patches in order.

    Choosing A Private Server

For playing WoW for free, you will need to choose a private server where to play. For picking one of the most popular ones (higher realm population), go to: http://www.xtremetop100.com/world-of-warcrafthttp://www.gamesites200.com/wowprivate/, or http://www.gtop100.com/. They themselves aren't private servers, but lists of the most popular private servers. The "best" private servers are

    Choice n°1: Molten-WoW
Molten-WoW is the leading (n°1) and best WoW (World of Warcraft) private server to support 3.3.5a and Cataclysm 4.0.6+. It has 8 realms (3.3.5a): Sargeras and Ragnaros (20x), Neltharion and Deathwing (12x), Frostwolf (3x), Lordaeron (1x), Warsong Pure PVP (instant lv 80 PvE content is disabled) and of course the new one (4.0.6+): Greymane (5x). The player caps of the realms are currently uknown. However, most of the realms used to have a player cap of 4000.

*It has less bugs/glitches/exploits/cheats/"haxers"(hackers) than ANY other private server. It has also the most complete WoTLK (Wrath of The Lich King) content, especially end-game (raids, instances and battlegrounds).*

*Molten-WoW's first Cataclysm realm is called Greymane and was launched at 18:00pm realm time on the 1st February 2012. It currently supports all wow client versions between 4.0.6a and 4.3.0 (watch out for 4.3.2), however, it only has 4.0.6a content.

Choice n°2: WoWThunderstorm [NO LONGER SUPPORTED]
WoWThunderstorm is for players, who want a Blizzard kind of gameplay (Blizzlike server), but don't want to pay for it. WoWThunderstorm has a 3x Exp gain, which is totally balanced in the gameplay --> less time leveling, more having a good time, but not too fast leveling. And the best thing about it is that it supports 3.3.5 but NOT 4.0 etc... This means that you can still play in Azeroth BEFORE Cataclysm. Thunderstorm IS soon going to support also Cataclysm.

    Getting Ready To Play

For playing on a private server, you will still need to do a few simple things. If you have already patched your client to the same one that the private server (that you are going to use) requires, then all you have to do is register at the private server's homepage (www.molten-wow.com), and change your realmlist. It is also possible to download their own launcher for not having to change the realmlist, but I don't suggest this, as the client can contain viruse, malware and othe malicious software.

For Registering On A Private Server
Go to the private server's homepage and just click "register" (normally close to the login), and proceed by giving all the required information. I do suggest you giving true information instead of false ones, but this is up to you. One example of private server's homepage: Molten-WoW.

    For Changing Realmlist
For changing the realmlist, go to this page which has a detailed step by step tutorial on the matter.

    Congratulations!

You Can Finally Go And Play WoW For Free!!!
Now all you have to do is open the client (worldofwarcraft.exe on Windows and World of Warcraft (.app) on Mac), enter your login information that you got from registering and start playing! Remember to vote for the private server you use as it will (in most cases) give you the possibility to purchase "vote rewards" which can be gear, weapons, money, mounts and other cool stuff. It will also get more people to play on the server, which is ALWAYS positive, even with the queues (like on Molten-WoW). [The queues can be skipped by doing a 7£ (approximately 8,4€, 12$) one time donation <- this will also give you "Molten coins" which can be used in many ways, like getting gear, character real transferring, etc...]
